20/20 Seed Labs Inc. and Haplotech Inc. are excited to announce a new collaboration designed to expand high quality, field-based research opportunities across Western Canada, with initial trial sites located in Manitoba and Alberta.

This partnership brings together two trusted agronomic service providers to deliver customized, science driven field trials in key Prairie crops, including canola, cereals, and hemp.
The 2026 field trial program will support a broad range of research objectives, including:
- Variety performance trials
- Efficacy trials for crop inputs and biologicals
- Stewardship trials supporting responsible product use, agronomic best practices, and regulatory compliance
By combining regional expertise, strong grower relationships, and rigorous trial execution, 20/20 Seed Labs Inc. and Haplotech Inc. offer clients a seamless pathway from concept to credible field data.
“Clients are increasingly looking for data that is not only scientifically robust, but also regionally relevant and stewardship focused,” said representatives from the collaboration.
“Together, we are positioned to deliver field trials that support product performance, risk management, and long-term sustainability in Prairie cropping systems.”
The partnership is designed to serve seed companies, crop input developers, agribusinesses, and researchers seeking reliable Western Canadian field data to support product development, registration, stewardship commitments, and market readiness.
